Purpose of Day 1
Shedding Layers & Reconnecting with Breath
The first day is designed to clear stagnation, release tension, and create space for deeper connection to breath, body, and self. Through intentional breathwork, movement, and creative exploration, participants will shed layers of emotional, mental, and physical resistance, allowing for greater presence and receptivity.
This immersive day includes somatic movement for nervous system recalibration, expressive breath practices to unlock creative flow, and guided self-inquiry to process inner blocks. A silent integration walk closes the day, offering space for reflection and deeper embodiment of the work.

The second day is about refining mastery, stepping into leadership, and integrating breathwork into a complete, embodied practice. After shedding layers on Day 1, participants will now deepen their understanding of advanced breath techniques, movement integration, and the art of facilitation.
This day includes teaching Yoga Nidra through breath, learning to structure full breathwork sessions with seated movement and meditative flow, and refining the energetic presence needed for guiding others. Through immersive practice, feedback, and hands-on facilitation, participants will leave with the confidence to lead breathwork sessions with depth, clarity, and authenticity.
The closing ceremony will honor the personal and collective transformation, sealing the experience with reflection, gratitude, and a sense of alignment with purpose as a breathwork practitioner.
